It provides a prescription for achieving success, social responsibility and longevity for any company or organization that is prepared to try something different and swim against the tide of prevailing attitudes and values.

This is a well written book which would be very good reading material not just for business classes butother classes as well. It emphasizes the importance of sound ethical behavior in business, in life.
The need for enlightened leaders,employer and employee involvement,working together,needs to be achieved for success. Everyone's ideas must be heard. This must be an ongoing process if a business is to succeed.
My sister is a teacher who continuously speaks of the importance of ethics and communication between
employers and employees. When everyone has a share in a business,a vested interest,it gives them the incentive to work harder. I rate this book five stars.
